Questions & Answers: Pick how questions are selected

The syllabus for your exam is vast, containing legislation from across the statute books. Whilst revising, it may be difficult to know where to start, and how to target your study. To help tackle this, we’ve released an update to our Questions & Answers feature.

Random, new or incorrect questions

We’ve introduced the option to choose how questions are selected for your exam session. You can pick questions at random, new questions, or incorrect questions.

Random Questions – randomly picks questions from the subjects of your choosing

New Questions – only picks questions that you haven’t seen before, from the subjects of your choosing

Incorrect Questions – only picks questions that you answered incorrectly, on your most recent attempt at that question, from the subjects of your choosing

This new question selection option allows you to tackle the syllabus more effectively, by, for example, re-visiting questions you’ve answered incorrectly and attempting them again. This helps to exploit the benefits of spaced-repetition, such as the increased ability to recall knowledge from memory.
